An attractive evergreen, variegated succulent works well as a ground cover or in mixed hanging basket/container. Expect tiny yellow flowers all summer long. Tolerates heat and cold. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
