Pomegranate Wonderful is a deer resistant, deciduous fruiting shrub or small. Large displays of orange-red blooms in summer, and large, red, tangy fruit in early fall. Use small pomegranate tree as pot plant, espalier, hedge or accent.

Prefers enriched soil with good drainage. During blooming period increase watering, but reduce frequency when fruiting. Feed in early spring with a fruit tree fertilizer. Prune to shape in early spring.
