Peach ‘Fay Elberta’ is a popular yellow peach variety that produces tangy, medium-sweet fruits mid to late summer. Later appearing blossoms give way to rosy, yellow fruits. Pits pull cleanly from freestone fruit. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
