Tango Mandarin is an evergreen citrus that produces dark orange mandarins with thin, soft rinds late winter to early spring. Sweet, tangy fruits are seedless and easy to peel. Semi-dwarf tree introduced by UC Riverside grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
