Jujube ‘Li’ is a self-fruitful tree that bares large, reddish-brown, sweet and chewy fruits in early fall. Great cross pollinator for other Jujube varieties. Can be dried like dates or eaten when ripe. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.

Prefers enriched soil with good drainage. Establish good structure when young and keep pruned. In summer, prune to keep tree to a manageable size. Estimated chilling time of 150 hours below 45°F.
