Cherry ‘Utah Giant’ produces very large, dark red and sweet cherries in late spring. Pollinated by Bing, Lambert, Rainier, or Van. Industry favorite can be eaten fresh or used in canning, desserts, dehydrating. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
