Southern & Baja California native evergreen shrub has an upright, mounding growth habit. Aromatic foliage is often used as smudging sage when burned. White flowers bloom in spring. Excellent container or accent plant in native landscapes in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.

Plant in enriched soil with good drainage. Cut back mature plants in fall for late winter. Feed with an all purpose fertilizer in spring. Shear after flowers fade to maintain desired shape.
