Calathea ‘Ornata’ is an evergreen perennial with beautifully painted, round leaves that grow in a loose rosette. Dark green leaves with dark purple undersides are banded with silver and emerald green. Best grown as a houseplant in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
