Cabbage ‘Flat Dutch’ produces bright green, tightly wrapped leaves that form a dense, nearly flat head. One of the longest storing cabbages available. Excellent for slaw, sauerkraut, and cabbage rolls. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
