Broccoli ‘Raab Zamboni’ produces fast maturing, green shoots topped with loosely packed clustered of flowerets. Lightly sauté with garlic and olive oil or use fresh in salads. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.

Plant in enriched garden soil with good drainage after danger of 100° weather has passed. Plant in rows leaving 12″ of space between each row. Add fertilizer to soil before transplanting. Water early morning or late evening. Harvest flowerettes when they reach about 6″ long.
