Pak Choi produces petite bunches of crisp, white stalks topped with tender, leafy greens. Matures quickly and is easy to cook. Excellent roasted or sautéed. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.

Plant in enriched garden soil with good drainage after danger of 100° weather has passed. Plant in rows leaving 12″ of space between each row. Add fertilizer to soil before transplanting. Water early morning or late evening. Harvest heads at about 8″-10″ tall for best flavor.
