Tomato ‘Hillbilly’ has large, heirloom, beefsteak variety tomatoes. Originates from West Virginia. Yellow-orange fruit with red and pink streaking – has low acidic, fruity flavor. Popular for cooking, canning or fresh sliced. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
