Camellia ‘Bob Hope’ is a deer resistant, evergreen shrub with an upright, rounded habit. Deep red buds open to peony-like, red flowers with yellow stamens in winter. Use as a part sun border, potted, hedge or privacy screen. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
