Isotoma ‘Blue Star’ or Blue Star Creeper is a perennial groundcover that blooms small, star-shaped, blue flowers in spring and summer. Use as a ground cover or filler between pavers or stepping stones. Part sun, moderate water. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
