Evergreen tree fern with glossy, dark, lace-like fronds that grow with a symmetrical habit. New foliage emerges stiffly and then droops backwards to form a tassel. Use as a shady border, erosion control, or ground cover. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
