Evergreen shrub has light green foliage with wavy, off-white margins. White flowers with an orange-blossom scent bloom in early spring. Use as a hedge, foundation plant or in containers. Plant with Blue Oat Grass. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
