Japanese Blood Grass is a perennial grass has foliage that emerges green with bright red tips aging to mostly-red by fall. Clumping, upright growth spreads by underground runners. Use as an accent, border or containers. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
