Foothill Penstemon Margarita BOP is a green, leafy perennial that forms an upright, spreading mound. Spires bear small, tubular flowers in an incandescent blue-violet. Blooms late spring through summer. A California native! Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
