Evergreen perennial grows with a grass-like, clumping habit. An abundance of deep purple flowers on long spikes top variegated, strap-like foliage summer through fall. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento. Deer resistant.
