Perennial from rhizome with an upright habit. Lance-shaped leaves are striped green and gold. Spikes of bright, orange-yellow, irregular shaped flowers with dark orange speckles bloom summer to frost. Grows well in Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rocklin, Roseville and Sacramento.
